A very familiar quote of our day says, "membership has it's privileges". This is certainly true of the AAA auto club. It is widely known that there is none better when it comes to the services that are available through a paid membership in this organization. Triple A auto club is the best that this world has to offer any person that drives an automobile. While we have looked at the best of this world, let us take a look at the best of God's world. I firmly believe that a comparison between this world's best and God's best is fitting. There are striking similarities between the two which we will deal with throughout this message, but the greatest similarity between Triple A auto club and God's Triple A grace, is that both offer roadside assistance. Triple A auto club will come to where you are and give you roadside assistance for your vehicle. Is that not what God's Triple A grace does? The old song says "when I could not go to Him, He came to me". Glory to His sweet name, I am glad for the day that AAA Grace pulled up beside me and administered roadside assistance.
Our journey, in this life, is nothing more or less than a road trip. We begin at a starting point and we stop at a destination point. It is between these two points that we are constantly traveling down life's road. The words of another old song come to mind in these words, "On this glory road I'm traveling. Many times I've stumble along the way". How true these words are when we apply them to our journey on this earth. I can only speak for myself when I say that I have experienced a few wrecks, been in a few ditches and have been stranded more times than I can remember. I can vividly remember the first time I called upon God's triple A grace and received that precious roadside assistance.
