I. A Clear Comprehension of the Issues.

A. A clear comprehension of wickedness.
1. The condition of a wicked world. 1 John 5:19

2. The existence of the wicked one. Matthew 13:19

3. The reality of a wicked heart. Mark 7:18-23

4. The danger of a wicked person. Proverbs 15:29; Psalm 9:17

B. A clear comprehension of righteousness.
1. The absence of righteous behavior. Psalm 14; Romans 3:10

2. The revelation of righteous requirements. Proverbs 13:13


Part 12: Before Honor Is Humility

In a society that loves to bestow and receive honors, it is possible that those least deserving are the most highly honored (see Proverbs 26:1). To be honored by society is nothing when compared with being honored by God. He spells out the steps to honor.
