John 17:14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

In John 17:17 Jesus prayed to the Father, "Sanctify them by Thy truth, Thy word is truth." So let's put the two together.
1. You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free
2. The word is truth
Therefore, it is the progressive knowledge of the truth that delivers our soul from bondage.

Thoughts, mindsets, patterns of thinking, lies, these are all things that flow through our minds on a daily basis. We find ourselves unhappy or confused or frustrated or convicted or discouraged. It is time to reverse the curse. It is time to get released from prison and to throw the enemy into prison. Here is how we do it:

1. Get the bad thoughts out and put the good thoughts in. Set your mind free through the washing of water by the word. It is time for a release of the Spirit of God in our lives by us believing and obeying the truth. Example of how the reading the word to Gerri at night sets her free.
2. Take every negative thought captive and make it obey Christ (who is the Word).
