Proverbs 24:30-34

King of kings and Lord of lords and Lord we just want to bow before You. We don't want to wait until that day when every knee must bow, we want to do it willingly and thankfully and just declare You as King in our hearts and in our lives and over the universe. And we ask You Lord to speak today through Your word. Lord keep the evil one from causing people to be distracted help them to really listen and Lord help our hearts to be good soil so that Your word would fall on good soil and it would produce a crop 30 fold 60 fold even 100 fold and You'd open our eyes to truth and things that we desperately need to hear and to heed. And Lord I pray for the invitation time that people would make decisions today that You put in their hearts decisions for You that they would walk in Your victory. In Jesus name we pray amen.

Well the year was 1977 I was a sophomore in high school. I had gotten together, it was in the springtime actually it was about January that's not really spring so I was off on my dates but it was in January, I had gotten together with some of my buddies for breakfast. We used to do that sometimes in high school we'd get together for breakfast and we sixteen and we're meeting for breakfast at 6 o'clock in the morning. Then somebody gets the idea they say "Hey, what if we cut class today, skipped school for the morning session?" Well yeah count me in that sounds pretty cool I mean I'm a sophomore, yeah let's do it. Then somebody else said "Hey, why don't we buy some eggs? Why don't we spend our morning throwing eggs at people?" I said "That sounds pretty good let's do that." They said "You know we could throw eggs at little kids when they're waiting for the school bus." I wasn't a Christian back then so you just need to know that up front. I said "Yeah let's do it."
