Today marks another historic day here at Roswell Street Baptist Church. For the first time ever .. on this missions warm-up day .. we are simulcasting today's message from our Worship Center over to the "G" building so that I can speak to both worship venues at the same time.

Today's technology is also helping us get the gospel in places around the world that 10-20 years ago we would have thought it was possible. And that's what I want to talk to you about today as we ask God to speak to us about what He would have us give next Sunday to our World Mission Offering.

For next Sunday .. December 13th .. we're going to gather together for worship with our tithe in one hand and our mission offering in the other hand and together give more to world missions that ever before: $385,000.00+ ... all in one day.

Every member of our fellowship will receive a letter from me this week regarding our World Mission Offering. Included with the letter is a special World Mission Offering envelope. That envelope is for your World Mission Offering. If by chance you use the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering envelope that's in your package of envelopes .. that offering will also go toward our World Mission Offering.

I'm asking you to bring it with you next Sunday and to give it next Sunday. If for some reason you're going to be out of town next Sunday, please drop it by the church office before you leave town. If you get sick later in the week and are too sick to come Sunday, call the church office and we'll send somebody to your house to get your offering. But let's have it all here next Sunday!

We hope to announce by the end of next Sundays service how much has been given. Now remember .. 70% of this offering will go to support our International Missionaries around the world. 15% of our offering will go to support our North American Missionaries. And the last 15% of our ...
