Daniel 3:1-30

You might say today that your children won't be here when the anti-Christ appears. Well, that's true. If they know the Lord, when the antichrist comes on the scene, the Bible teaches that we are going to be taken out. All believers will be taken out before that time.

One thing that we over look sometimes, is the spirit of antichrist in this world. When we think about our children and parenting our children, we need to remember this fact. While our children may not have to live here during the great tribulation time under a world dictator who the Bible calls "the beast" or the anti- christ, the spirit of antichrist is very much alive and well among the classrooms and among the cultures of this world.

The Bible says in I John 2:18 – Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

He's saying that there are many antichrists already. In other words, they are not the antichrist, but they are types and figures of the antichrist. Of course, any spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh, is antichrist according to the Book of first John.

So how do we prepare our children to live in a culture that is just chalk full of antichrist sentiment and antichrist values? Well, I think we are going to gain something from the book of Daniel to help answer that question.
