A husband and wife were celebrating their thirtieth wedding anniversary and their sixtieth birthdays at the same time. After all the guests had left and they were cleaning up after the celebration, they were standing in the kitchen and a genie suddenly appeared. He told them both that they could have one wish.

The wife quickly said, "I want to travel the world," and immediately, she had in her hands, passports, airline tickets, transfer tickets and a fistful of cash. He said, "I wish I was married to a woman thirty years younger than me," and immediately he was ninety years old. You have to watch what you ask for.

I heard about a man on vacation. He goes out of his hotel and he's strolling along the beach in Acapulco when he hears a blood curdling scream. He looks over and he sees a woman who's kneeling before a child and she is very upset. He knows enough Spanish to know that what has happened is that this little boy has swallowed a coin.

So, he said, "Madam, I believe I can help." So, he picked up that little boy by the heels and he shook him and shook him until a quarter fell out. She said, "My goodness! You knew just exactly how to get that out of him. Are you a doctor?" He said, "No madam, I work for the Internal Revenue Service."

I want to tell you, we don't know how to get it out of you except to say to give. We are looking for July 8th to be our next miracle Sunday and I believe God's going to bless.

This morning, I want to talk to you about the miracle of Divine Prosperity. I want to begin with the first point and I want to illustrate it with a story from I Kings 17. This story is out of the life of Elijah, the prophet.

I Kings 17:8 -- "And the word of the Lord came unto him, saying,

(9) Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.
