(C) Everyone would have to agree that mankind is facing a serious situation ..... crime ..... moral collapse .... we're in a dilemma!

- Nearly three million crimes are committed on school property every year, writes William Kilpatrick in Why Johnny Can't Tell Right from Wrong.
