"Praise and Thanksgiving"
Psalm 34:1-3; 61:8; 71:8; 119:164; 147:1

Praise is adoring God for who He is. (Attributes)
Thanksgiving is thanking God for what He has done. (Works)
There are seven statements of praise I want to bring
to your attention:
1. God is restoring praise to the Body of Christ
all over the world.
2. Praise is the most worthwhile endeavor in earth
3. No exercise will result in more healing
physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually
than the studying and practicing of praise.
4. The practice of praise in the corporate sense
is absolutely indispensable to the maximum
5. Until the practice of praise in private is
continuous and free, the practice of praise
corporately will be inhibited by fear,
self onsciousness, and discomfort.
6. When we praise we are engaging in an- eternal-
7. Better is the practice of praise as we learn
the biblical truth about it. (John 8:32)
PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING TO GOD
THE FIRST PERSON OF THE TRINITY GOD THE FATHER
(It may be that your relationship with an earthly father has been
a negative one, perhaps to the extreme of abuse or abandonment.
Thoughts of a good father, deserving of your praise, are difficult
for you. "God the Father" understands. He wants to cleanse those
"wounds" and help you work through those painful feelings and
memories. Part of your healing will come as you open your heart
to trust and praise Him as your "Good Father.")
