Isaiah 40:31

Having recently returned from a revival meeting in
Florida, I want to give you a report of what God is
doing. We cannot give unto you all that God does. Many
of these things He does we never hear about, for
people do not tell us. They do not give testimony
about it, and do not write about it. For various
reasons people don't report it, but they make
decisions about which we never know. We run into
people like that.

Every once in a while I will run into someone who will
say, "I was saved in one of your meetings at such and
such a time." And I had never heard about it. Or
someone will say, "I know someone who was saved in one
of your meetings," and I had never heard. They had not
contacted me about it. Some think we are too busy, yet
nothing thrills us anymore than learning about someone
really finding Christ as Savior and Master and Lord.

Friends In Christ

Rev. Jimmy Hammond, Pastor of First Baptist Church in
Pinellas Park, Florida, near St. Petersburg, invited
us for a meeting. Jimmy was formerly in Duluth,
Georgia. I remember preaching there some years ago in
a revival meeting. He is a wonderful servant of God
who loves the Lord, and has been greatly used of God.
One of the things, which attach us to him very
closely, is the fact that his wife Kathleen was saved
in one of our meetings some years ago. The Lord
allowed me the great privilege of bringing the Word of
God that brought this precious lady to find Christ as
her Savior and Lord, and now she is the faithful wife
of a preacher, an aide to him in the ministry of the
work of God. So these people are very close, and we
appreciate them so very much. It was a wonderful
meeting, and how I praise God for the people who
really were blessed of the Lord.
