Revelation 15:1-8
1 invite you to open your Bibles to Revelation chapter 15, Revelation
15. We'll consider the entire chapter, verse I through 8. If you
didn't bring a Bible, there'll be one in the pew in front of you. I
hope you'll follow along with us. Let's go to the Lord in prayer.
Father, we not only close our eyes and bow our heads, but we bow our
hearts and our minds before Thee in this place of worship. Thou dost
have a devastating word for us in this hour, a word so severe, so hard,
so uncompromising that it is difficult for us in our softness, in our
plushness to understand, yea, to believe or comprehend. Let us hear Thy
principles and Thy precepts in this hour, 0 Lord. And may we truly have
our lives shaken because of the reality of Thy word. Lord, You speak,
let me get out of the way so that Thy word and Thy holy and divine
message might not only be heard, Lord, may it be received and understood
and incorporated into our living. Lord, may we never be the same
because Thou hast met with us here in this place in this special hour,
we pray through Jesus Christ. Amen.

described for us the period known as the tribulation. This is a time of
unbridled judgment brought about by God upon all the inhabitants of the
