How to Experience the Greatness of God
Marvin Patterson
Psalm 95:1-7

Introduction:

We've sung of the greatness of God this morning by singing ''How Great Thou Art,'' and ''How Great is our God.'' We hear and marvel at the greatness of God, but how can we actually experience the greatness of God? That is what we will look at this morning!

Body:

If we are going to experience the greatness of God, we must:

That means to shout aloud for joy, and cry out joyfully! We are to rejoice in triumph because God takes such good care of His children! Amen! Has God been good to you this morning? On this Homecoming Sunday, let us have a good old baptiscostal shouting fit! Amen and glory to God!

You may be thinking, ''Well that is fine for those who can sing well, but I can't carry a tune in a bucket!'' God says to make a joyful noise to the Lord! Anyone can do that! And you will feel better! That term ''to make a joyful noise to the Lord'' means,

rûa?

roo-ah'

A primitive root; to mar (especially by breaking); figuratively to split the ears (with sound), that is, shout (for alarm or joy): - blow an alarm, cry (alarm, aloud, out ...
