Series: This I Know: God Is For Me
Pastor Frank Damazio
This I know: God is for me. Whoever you are, wherever you are coming from or going to, God is for you. God is on your side and He is the best person to have on your side, in your corner, at your back and going before you. This is great news. God is for you and He does not change. God is the potter and we are the clay. We are being shaped into something wonderful as we are on the potter's wheel.
God is for me all the time: in the good and the bad, when I'm doing great and when I fail, in disappointments and discouragements, extraordinary trouble and pain, God is all-powerful, always loving and ready to help me - right now!
1. Psalm 56:9, God's Word: Then my enemies will retreat when I call to you. This I know: God is on my side.
GNT: The day I call to you, my enemies will be turned back. I know this: God is on my side.
2. Isa. 41:10, MSG: Don't panic. I'm with you. There's no need to fear for I'm your God. I'll give you strength. I'll help you. I'll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you.
