This morning if you have you Bible I want to invite your attention again to Matthew Chapter 13. We are in a series of lesions from Matthew 13 OF MESSAGES CONCERNING THE Mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven.

We believe that Jesus was describing religion during the last days and we believe it is so important during these days to understand what Jesus was saying about the nature of religion and the way God would work in the last days.

Again I want to begin in Verse 31 and preach the second half of the message that I preached last Sunday morning about the Mystery of the Mustard Seed. Today's message is called "The Devil's Dirty Birds".

We read about this in Verse 31. 'ANOTHER PARABLE PUT HE FORTH UNTO THEM, SAYING, THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKE TO A GRAIN OF MUSTARD SEED, WHICH A MAN TOOK, AND SOWED IN HIS FIELD.

WHICH INDEED IS THE LEAST OF ALL SEEDS; BUT WHEN IT ISI GROWN, IT IS THE GREATEST AMONG HERBS, AND BECOMETH A TREE, SO THAT THE BIRDS OF THE AIR COME AND LODGE IN THE BRANCHES THEREOF."

The mustard seed is a picture of the gospel. Remember what Jesus said in Verse 19, 'WHEN ANY ONE HEAREHT THE WORD OF THE KINGDOM AND UNDERSTANDETH IT NOT, THEN COMETH THE WICKED ONE, AND CATCHETH AWAY THAT WHICH WAS SOWN IN HIS HEART. THIS IS HE WHICH RECEIVED SEED BY THE WAY SIDE."

Now you remember that last Sunday morning we talked about the Mystery of the Mustard Seed. A mystery is something that cannot be understood through human wisdom or human knowledge; it must be revealed to you by the Holy Spirit of God by supernatural revelation of God.
