How many of you all have been to ah our thrift store? We call it Nordstrom Rock. How many of you have never been to a thrift store to shop? Ok so how many of you have been to a thrift store to shop? Ok here's my personal guarantee. We have, will have the nicest thrift store you have ever been to in your life. I am get, promise you, guarantee it is unbelievable. It really is. It's everything, it's so much, just brand new spot. It's just beautiful. So go check it out. It's right there on Sports Arena Blvd. We had grand opening yesterday. Ribbon cutting was beautiful. So again it was a great job of hooking that up. Let's pray.
Lord thank you so much for your faithfulness and your goodness. Thank you so much that you love us. Thank you for your word. Thank you for being available to talk to us everyday, being available to encourage us and guide us and we pray that you would continue to do that. Every day as I've said several times before I eat oatmeal in the morning. I ah soak my oats the night before, put raisins in there. Then after I cook it I put in ah cinnamon, some sweetener, some berries, walnuts so I can get my fats and my carbohydrates, my protein and it's very important for me to, and actually it's very important for all of us to have a good breakfast. The breakfast is your most important meal of the day. I don't know what you all eat for breakfast. You may be eating Frosty Flakes or Cheerios or Crispy Kreme donuts or smoke some weed in the morning. I don't know what you all do but you know you never know so. Some of you all are thinking - Man how did he know? How? But your breakfast is the most important for you.
Now what you eat whether every meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack you have to view what you eat as fuel. Everyon ...
