A. A powerful presentation of Christ as Lord.

B. A careful consideration of the data presented.

C. A definite decision to believe the message.

II. Lives Are Changed as Conscience Is Convicted.

A. The truth presented touched a sensitive nerve.

B. They recognized their lack of appreciation of Christ.

C. They saw their false evaluation of themselves.

III. Lives Are Changed as Hearts Become Concerned. v. 38b

A. The acknowledgement of guilt produces a concern for forgiveness.
