If you have your Bible this morning let's turn to the book of Ephesians Chapter 1 and Verse 1. My, what a wonderful time we've had praising God together already. I'm so pleased seeing you here today so many of you come to this 8:30 service. It's going to be a great time together.

We are beginning today a series of messages in the book of Ephesians, one of the greatest books in the Bible. And I am speaking today from the subject, The Richest People in the World.

Ephesians Chapter 1 and Verse 1. "PAUL, AN APOSTLE OF JESUS CHRIST BY THE WILL OF GOD, TO THE SAINTS WHICH ARE AT EPHESUS, AND TO THE FAITHFUL IN CHRIST JESUS:
GRACE BE TO YOU, AND PEACE, FROM GOD OUR FATHER, AND FROM THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. BLESSED BE THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO HATH BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST:
That's how we feel today, isn't it?
ACCORDING AS HE HATH CHOSEN US IN HIM BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, THAT WE SHOULD BE HOLY AND WITHOUT BLAME BEFORE HIM IN LOVE:
HAVING PREDESTINATED US UNTO THE ADOPTION OF CHILDREN BY JESUS CHRIST TO HIMSELF, ACCORDING TO THE GOOD PLEASURE OF HIS WILL,
TO THE PRAISE OF THE GLORY OF HIS GRACE, WHEREIN HE HATH MADE US ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED. IN WHOM WE HAVE REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD, THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS, ACCORDING TO THE RICHES OF HIS GRACE."

Can you imagine what could be done for the glory of God with one million dollars per day? I don't know what you would do if you were wealthy. Perhaps some of you would say, "I'd build a new home."
Perhaps some would say, "I'd put it away for retirement." I'm sure that every committed Christian would say, "I want to use it for the glory of God."
But I want to talk to you about a different kind of wealth. I want to talk to you about a wealth that is greater than the wealth of the Rockefellers or the wealth of the Henry Ford's or the wealth of the Kennedys. I want to talk to you about the richest people in the world.
Ladies and gentlemen and young people, the richest people in the world are Christians, the believers in Jesus Christ. That is what Paul Is talking about here in Ephesians Chapter 1.
You know some people say, "If I became a Christian, I'd have to give up this or I'd have to give up that." They think that they would have to give up something that is so valuable to them. "I'd have to give up my drinking or I'd have to give up this sin in my life. It just means so much to me. I just can't give me up."
But friends when you become a Christian, ...
