If you have your Bible tonight, let's turn to the eighth chapter of the book of Romans. I'd like to begin reading tonight with verse 35, Romans chapter 8 beginning the reading with verse 35.
I'm so glad you are here tonight and I trust God will continue to speak to your heart the words from His book and through His spirit as we read together.
The Bible says, ''WHO SHALL SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF CHRIST? SHALL TRIBULATION OR DISTRESS OR PERSECUTION OR FAMINE, OR NAKEDNESS, OR PERIL, OR SWORD? AS IT IS WRITTEN,
''FOR THEY SAKE WE ARE KILLED ALL THE DAY LONG; WE ARE COUNTED AS SHEEP FOR THE SLAUGHTER.'' IN ALL THESE THINGS WE ARE MORE THAN COUNQUERORS THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US.
FOR I AM PERSUADED THAT NEITHER DEATH NOR LIFE NOR ANGLES NOR PRINCIPALITIES, NOR POWERS , NOR THINGS PRESENT, NOR THINGS TO COME, NOR HEIGHT, NOR DEPTH, NOR ANY OTHER CREATURE SHALL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF GOD WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD.''
May we pray together? Our heavenly Father, we thank you for this extremely powerful and potent part of the word of God. And Lord, we pray tonight that there will be something from you in this message to help every teenager, to help every mother and father, every boy and girl, every person gathered in this place. Father we realize that we are blessed at our church in these days with wonderful crowds even on Sunday night and Lord how we pray that this time might continue to grow, to be a time when we truly honor and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. So speak to our hearts about the fact that we are more than conquerors for we will praise you forever in the name of Jesus. Amen.
