The Next Level Leader And Church by Frank Damazio

The Next Level Leader And Church
Pastor Frank Damazio

Introduction: It is a fact that we have all around us good leaders and great leaders. The good leader is not a bad leader but good can be the enemy of becoming great. The decision to grow as a person and change through disciplines is made by you the leader every day. Will you become an average vision leader? Will you make the sacrifices necessary to put yourself on the pathway to greatness?

Not all churches are the same because not all leaders are the same. Every church has a different capacity that is reflected in that church's grace and calling. Every church should be great in their gifting, calling, and capacity to fulfill God's purpose for them. The God-given grace present in the congregation will empower that congregation to serve God in a special way. The good leader can build a good church that could in fact be a great church if the leader would build for greatness.
