I. DISCOVER AND REDISCOVER JESUS
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
A. PEOPLE NEED TO DISCOVER JESUS
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Ephesians 1:13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise…
1. All people, all races, all ages, all backgrounds, everybody, one of all, no one left out.
2. All people need a Savior, hope, forgiveness, love, a second chance, a future.
Romans 5:6-8 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
3. All people can experience a mighty salvation in Christ
a. To believe in Christ and to receive Christ into your life; to be one with Him; a vital union in which the believer is invigorated and renewed by the life of Christ; a spiritual union made reality by faith.
