Fatal Flaws Make Fatal Lives
There are some mistakes in life that are downright hilarious. Consider the story out of the Houston Chronicle of the dumbest bank robber of all time. It seems that the man held up a Wells Fargo bank on the east side of Houston and was caught as a result of his hold-up note. He happened to write the note on the back of his resume', which was the ultimate bad career mistake!

Stone said, "I tried to retrieve the rat by offering it food attached to a string, but he wouldn't come out so I looked into the pipe and lit a match, thinking the light might attract him." The flame ignited a pocket of residual gas and a flame shot out the pipe igniting Mr. Stone's mustache and severely burned his face. It also set fire to the pet rats' fur and whiskers which in turn, ignited a larger pocket of gas further up the exhaust pipe which propelled the rodent out like a cannonball. Stone suffered second degree burns and a broken nose from the impact of the pet rat. His son was grounded for a week. Stone said, "In retrospect, lighting the match was my mistake."
