- 2 million documents would be lost by the IRS!
- > Clerk ... roll of film! ... 811,000 rolls of faulty film would be loaded into cameras.
- > How much money in bank account: 22,000 checks would go to the wrong back.
- > Those tires are not defective ... 268,000 defective tires would be shipped.
- 103,260 income tax reports would be processed incorrectly.
- > Gave you the right operation ... 107 incorrect medical procedures would be performed every day.
- > This is your baby ... 12 babies would be given to the wrong families.
- It turns out that .01 of the time does make a difference.
