Now this morning I want us to think about "His pre-incarnate Glory, Greatness and Heavenly Life." I would like to begin today by reminding you of Hebrews 2:9, where we read these words: "We see Jesus." He is talking about born again Christians, there are very few. There are very few people who see Jesus. Most of us see everything else, but we don't see Jesus. When he is talking about seeing Jesus, he means vision is filled with Jesus. Jesus is Supreme. Jesus is Number One. Jesus is before husband or wife, father or mother, son or daughter, business or pleasure and anything else. "We see Jesus".
People who really know who He is and what He is see Him. Their vision is filled with Him. When I met Louise back yonder, we have been married for 56 years and we went together four years before that, so about 60 years ago, I walked into the room on her 16th birthday and she was playing "It ain't gonna rain no more" on the phonograph. That day I found Louise. That day I saw Louise. Believe me, my vision became filled with Louise. Now I drive that home to drive home a truth. From that day to this day, my eyes have been filled naturally with Louise. She is the one of all people in my life. Number one on the human plane in my life. Then 56 years ago, I met Jesus and so He filled my life on a greater plane. I saw Jesus that day on the front porch. I was a preacher's son and lost. I joined the church when I was 12 years of age, and read the Bible and prayed and was immersed in water, but when my mother died, believe me all that went out the window and I found out that I didn't have any support. That is what we are talking about now.
About this will business on the human side and I am talking about the other side and that is when you come to die, nothing matters but to see Jesus. All the others that you have are not going to help you at that ...
