"HOW TO FORGIVE THOSE WHO OFFEND YOU"
Matthew 6:9-13; Ephesians 4:29-32

INTRODUCTION: Nothing hurts more than a broken relalation-
ship! Many times persons offend us, intentionally or unin-
tentionally, and the key to dealing with their offense is
in our response to them. (People will lie about me)
Bitterness and anger are not the godly responses. God calls
us to forgive all persons regardless of what they did to us.
T.S.: There are three actions in prayer you must take toward
forgiving other persons who offend you:
1. PRAY FOR A SPIRIT OF FORGIVENESS TO PREVAIL IN YOUR LIFE
TOWARD ALL PERSONS YOUR LIFE TOUCHES.
(Matthew 6:9-13) Forgive others as God has forgiven you.
(Ephesians 4:32) "kind"-Useful, worthy, good, benevolent
"tender-hearted"-compassionate in every
"forgiving" -to exercise grace in freely
