The Condition Of The Church by Ronnie Floyd

WHY I BELIEVE JESUS IS COMING AGAIN
A Mini-Series on the Second Coming of Jesus Christ
"THE CONDITION OF THE CHURCH"
Revelation 3:14-22
INTRODUCTION: I believe that Jesus Christ is coming again
to this earth. I believe that the book of Revelation gives
to us in chapters two and three, seven dispensations or per-
iods of time in church life. The church meaning all New
Testament believers from Pentecost until He comes again.
The church is not a denomination. The church is the
blood-bought saints of Jesus Christ. The church is not a
building. The church is the born again believers in Jesus

of Revelation, the Lord comes to rapture the church. The
passage of clarification of this experience is in 1 Thes-

the last stage of the church before the rapture of the
church, that is, the great snatching of the church prior
to the seven year tribulation and great tribulation on this
earth.

its affluence.
App: The danger of affluence in society is seen in this
city. The affluent society infiltrated the church.
The born again Christians in the church leaned more
on their affluence and self-sufficiency, than on
the Lord and His power. The result was a proud
and arrogant church.
Ill: George Barna's book entitled, "The Frog in the
Kettle."
App: Either the church will be changed by its society
or either the church will change its society.
The likene ...
