INTRODUCTION: In Revelation 1 we see the resurrected
and glorified Christ. In Revelation 2-3 we see the
church pictured down through the ages. In between
Revelation 3 and Revelation 4 we see the rapture of
the church. Rev,elation 41-2' discusses a transition
before us concerning Jesus asking John to come up
here, that is to heaven, and relate the events of
things which are to come. In Revelation 4 and 5 we
see a picture of Jesus Christ in heaven being worshipped!
A powerful picture.
However, in Revelation chapter 6 we begin to see an ugly
scerre takde place The seven year tribulati,nl period b_e-
gins upon this earth. God's people have been caught up
into heaven. While there is judgment in heaven, the judg-
ment seat of Christ for the believer, there is a storm
raging on earth which is the mighty wrath of God.
T. S.: This morning I want to ask just two questions. These
two questions serve as the title of our study today:
1. HOW BAD WILL THE TRIBULATION PERIOD BE?
