INTRODUCTION: Folk songs became a most popular
language in the 50's, 60's and 70's -- the message

They were telling us things whether we wanted to
Hear them or not! (You just can't win.)

Sometimes that old Bent,(that Yak ti yak,) comes out
o me and flows into them -- I just can't seem to
get a handle on it.

We have carbon paper between us and our children --
parent/child. We press ourselves into them even
when we don't want to.

One thing you can't escape, is that your children
will be pretty much just like you! Yak ti yak and

Children avoid actions and words but end up with
the same attitudes and style.

We want to erase the bad but Exodus 34 says that
there it is, etched in their lifestyle.


Scripture demonstrates that all persons are born in
a wrong relationship with God.
