Philippians 4:4-9

Have you ever had one of those times in your life where it really wasn't very well with your soul? In fact, it was almost like a day like today where the bottom drops out and you spend your entire life, it seems like, with one problem after another. And it just kind of begins to snowball on you, maybe you've had years like that. I don't know.

You put it on your waist and what it tried to do was to press your belly button next to the spine.
