SermonSearch was originally an independent website named 'Ministers' Resource Center'. In 1997, OnePlace.com purchased the site and renamed it SermonSearch.com. The focus of the site became presentation of sermons in text format, available for viewing and downloading.

Today SermonSearch.com is your online central source for sermon outlines, sermon illustrations, and church media. With over 20,000 Bible sermons on topics like love, prayer, faith and more from popular pastors and authors including Adrian Rogers, Charles Stanley, and more, SermonSearch helps preparing for Sunday easy! Purchasing Sermons and Worship Backgrounds
You may purchase Sermons, Video Illustrations, Still Backgrounds, Motion Backgrounds, and Countdowns at your convenience, or subscribe on a monthly basis. Still Backgrounds, Motion Backgrounds, Countdowns, and Video Illustrations produced by our partners may be purchased on an individually basis only. SermonSearch subscriptions are available via credit card payments only. Your secure transaction is completed online (please see our Privacy Policy below).

Types of SermonSearch Accounts

A Guest account does not require a monthly subscription fee. It allows you to search our entire database and preview sermons, video illustrations, still backgrounds, motion backgrounds, and countdowns at no cost. However, if you wish to purchase individual items in their entirety and have them available for download to your computer, the cost for an individual sermon is $4.50. The cost for individual still backgrounds, motion backgrounds, countdowns, and video illustrations varies from $.99 to $20.00. You must provide a valid credit card number and expiration date prior to your first purchase as a Guest.

A Free Trial account provides you with a Standard Account FREE for one month! You can download 30 Sermons and one (SermonSearch produced) Still Background during the 30 day FREE TRIAL period. You will not be billed during the trial period and can cancel at any time. If you do not cancel within the 30 day FREE TRIAL period, at the end of the FREE TRIAL you will be billed monthly at the Standard Account rate of $21.95 per month. Please note: The Free Trial offer is only available once per person.

A Standard account is $21.95 per month. It allows you to search our entire database and download up to 30 sermons and one (SermonSearch produced) Still Background for a 30-day period. Additional sermon downloads beyond the first 30 sermons are $4.50 each, and will be billed to your credit card on file with SermonSearch. Additional content, such as video illustrations, countdowns, motion backgrounds, and additional Still Backgrounds may be purchased individually. This subscription automatically renews at 30-day intervals, based on your original registration date.

A Premier account is $39.95 per month. It allows you to search our entire database and download up to 75 sermons and three (SermonSearch produced) Still Backgrounds for a 30-day period. Additional sermon downloads beyond the first 75 sermons are $4.50 each, and will be billed to your credit card on file with SermonSearch. Additional content, such as video illustrations, countdowns, motion backgrounds, and additional Still Backgrounds may be purchased individually. This subscription automatically renews at 30-day intervals, based on your original registration date.

You may upgrade your subscription at any time by clicking on "My Account" on the SermonSearch home page.

You may cancel your subscription by signing in with your username and password, the clicking on "My Account." Scroll down and choose the account plan to which you would like to switch, then click "Update My Information" at the bottom of the screen.

Please be aware that subscription download limits are reset at midnight Eastern time on the last day of your 30-day subscription interval. Unused credits do not carry over from one 30-day interval to the next.

As a SermonSearch contributor, you will receive the following benefits:

• A world-wide forum for your sermons. Each of our thousands of users (pastors, teachers, lay ministers and seekers) has the opportunity to download your sermons to inspire the development of new messages or simply to cultivate the Word in their own hearts.
• Exposure in the same arena as the greatest teachers and preachers. Your sermons will be featured along with work by Charles Spurgeon, Adrian Rogers, Jerry Vines, H. Edwin Young, Clarence Macartney and James Merritt, to name a few.
• Royalties on downloaded sermons. All contributors receive royalties from each sermon downloaded. There is no fee to you for being a part of the SermonSearch family.

How Do I Become a Contributor?

Contact us at support@sermonsearch.com and submit a full text copy of one or two sermons, along with a brief personal bio and letter of introduction. We will review the samples and contact you about becoming a SermonSearch contributor.
